Achar is the Indian term for pickled vegetables preserved with Ayurvedic spices, lemons and oil. Fermentation is one of the oldest scientific forms of naturally preserving food, resulting in bacteria that are not only good for your gut, but good for your brain. Black seeds have historically been called "The Seed of Life" for centuries because of their wellness properties from anti-oxidant to anti-cancer.
This product is a great addition to a cheese plate with a simple cheddar and bread or crackers or on top of a scrambled egg taco or even just a savory acai bowl. There are no preservatives and all ingredients are local to San Francisco, probiotic and raw.
