My new line of Achar products are naturally fermented using simple vegetables and global spices such as turmeric, black seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek, etc.  These spices all have wellness properties that have been used in ancient Indian and Mediterranean cultures.  Fermentation is the process where bacteria eat sugar from the vegetables and resulting in a release of C02 and other digestive enzymes that are good for the health of our digestive system as well as our brain.
